September is the month set aside for suicide prevention, but this topic is in the forefront of most discussions about mental health both in our community as well as across the state and the country.

One positive thing that has come out of the pandemic: Not only are we more OK with being not OK, but we are also taking time to reconnect with others and have real conversations.
